Terms & Conditions - luxury golden triangle tour

General:

  • Hotels/flights/trains are subject to availability on the booking day & time. In case of unavailability, we will book another hotel in the same category or price range.
  • Please check the hotel website/images before finalizing. We are not responsible if you find it different from the perception made online.
  • Train/Flight/Hotel price, schedule & other related issues are directly handled by related authorities. We don’t have any control over them. Any cost incurred due to change, cancellation or delay of train/flight which may lead to change in program, will be borne by client.
  • Check-in, Check-out & Restaurant timings are strictly as per hotel rules. Early check-in & late check-out is subject to availability and/or hotel rules.
  • Hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other unused tour component is neither transferable nor refundable.
  • Any change in fare policy, tax structure or any factor which result in change of price will be borne by client.
  • Car & driver is not at client’s disposal. It will be available only as per itinerary. 
  • AC doesn’t work in hilly areas. There may be exception unless specified.
  • For city sightseeing the car will be available for 08 hours or 80 Kms (between 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM). If the car is used above 08 hours/80Kms, there will be extra charges to be borne by guest. (applicable for cars hired for day use only)
  • We reserve the right to cancel or change any tour, advertised schedule, or route without notice and assume no liability or responsibility for any conditions beyond our control that may interrupt or cancel any tour.

travel insurance:

  • Our tours does not include any insurance. Thus it does not cover any cost incurred due to any kind of mishap, theft, weather conditions, natural calamities or political unrest etc. Any cost incurred due to change/cancellation in program/services will be borne by client. Though our team will take the best care of you, still travel insurance is a necessity now a days.

payment:

We have the following payment policy for a hassle free experience:
1.) 30% – as booking amount for the tour confirmation.
2.) 50% – 90 days before your travel date.
3.) 20% – can be paid either on arrival or before that.

For last minute bookings, we need 100% advance to confirm the tour.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel your tour in the absence of payment.

Cancellation & Refund:

Land Package:
  • If booking is cancelled 120 days before your travel date, there will be a cancellation of 10% + the transaction fee for refund of balance amount to your bank account.
  • If booking is cancelled between 60 – 119 days to your travel date, there will be a cancellation of 30% + the transaction fee for refund of balance amount to your bank account.
  • If booking is cancelled between 30 – 59 days to your travel date, there will be a cancellation of 60% + the transaction fee for refund of balance amount to your bank account.
  • If booking is cancelled between 1 – 29 days before your travel date, there will be a cancellation of 100%.
Flights:
  • Cancellation and refund of flights will be as per airline’s policy. If there is any refund, we will not charge anything but client has to bear transaction fee for refund of balance amount to his/her bank account.
